Job Overview

Role – Coordinator

As the Coordinator, you will support operational and project-based activities by managing schedules, facilitating communication across teams, generating status reports, and ensuring efficient execution. You will act as a bridge between different departments and help in maintaining workflow and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations and project tasks; track timelines and deliverables.

  • Liaise with different departments (finance, HR, operations) to support project needs.

  • Prepare status reports, presentations, and project documentation.

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools.

  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation where needed.

  • Handle internal and external communication, including stakeholder coordination.

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and filing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant discipline.

  • 2–6 years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project-management tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Professionalism and good interdepartmental collaboration skills.
