Role – Corporate English Instructor
You will deliver business English training to corporate clients, facilitate workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions. Your focus is helping professionals improve their spoken and written English, presentation skills, negotiation language, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design and deliver business English lessons, workshops, and coaching.
Assess learners’ language levels and needs; develop tailored curriculum.
Conduct in-person or virtual classes for professionals.
Provide feedback on participants’ speaking, writing, presentations, and professional correspondence.
Develop course materials, case studies, role-plays, and business-relevant assignments.
Monitor student progress and prepare evaluation reports.
Maintain engagement and interaction in classes to ensure high learning outcomes.
Coordinate with L&D teams and client managers to align training with business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Native-level English fluency; strong business vocabulary and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, TESOL, or relevant discipline.
3+ years of experience teaching corporate/business English or in a professional training role.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to create engaging course content tailored to business needs.
Comfortable using virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Teams) if required.
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
