Role – Finance Specialist

As a Finance Specialist you will be responsible for preparing and analysing financial reports, developing MIS dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitoring key financial KPIs, and partnering with business units to provide insight. You will collaborate across functions to drive improved financial performance, controls and process optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow analysis.

• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reporting packs for management.

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and variance analysis.

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to business units.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, commercial, planning) to support financial decision-making.

• Assist in process improvements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

• Support audits, financial review cycles and ad-hoc financial projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage.

• 3–8 years’ experience in finance/analysis/reporting roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong expertise in MIS reporting, Excel modelling, financial analysis and business partnering.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.

• Detail-oriented, strong analytical mindset and ability to work across functions under tight deadlines.

Salary & Market Insight

• Based on market data, the average monthly salary for a Finance Specialist in the UAE is around AED 12,235/month for professionals with moderate experience.
• For a role with 3–8 years’ experience and broader responsibilities, a competitive salary range would typically be AED 12,000–16,000/month, plus standard benefits.
