Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field preferred
Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in full-cycle recruitment is a plus

Role – Recruitment Consultant
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, coordinating with clients, handling offers, and delivering placements. You will maintain candidate pipelines, build relationships with clients / hiring managers, ensure hiring targets are met, and support the employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify prospective candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, direct approaches.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess skills, cultural fit.
Present shortlists to clients, coordinate interview scheduling and feedback.
Negotiate offers and close candidates while managing stakeholder expectations.
Maintain and update candidate database / ATS with candidate progress and status.
Build and nurture client relationships; understand client hiring needs and advise them.
Meet or exceed placement / revenue / KPI targets.
Keep up-to-date with trends in recruitment, job market conditions, salary benchmarks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, ideally in agency or in-house.
Strong sourcing skills; good network in one or more linkable industries (tech, finance, retail etc.).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Good at evaluating skills, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Familiar with applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, job boards.
Proactive, result-oriented; able to manage multiple roles/hiring projects simultaneously.
Salary & Market Insight
According to Indeed, average salary for a Recruitment Consultant in UAE is about AED 4,495/month.
Swiss-survey style data (Naukrigulf) shows typical range is AED 4,000 to AED 13,000/month, depending on experience level.
In more senior or high performance roles, with good commission structure, total earnings can reach higher than the base range.
