Role – Modular Kitchen Cabinets Specialist

You will serve as a technical and client-facing expert in modular kitchens. Responsibilities include client consultations, preparing design proposals, overseeing production & installation, ensuring workmanship quality, managing timelines & budgets, and delivering after-sales service. Fluency in Russian or Arabic is required to communicate with target clients and support multilingual service.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and kitchen layout requirements.

• Prepare custom design proposals using CAD or design software, present materials & finishes.

• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery timelines are met.

• Oversee installation teams to ensure the finished product meets design, quality, and client satisfaction standards.

• Manage project budgets and timelines, track progress, and resolve delays or issues proactively.

• Provide after-sales support, remedy defects or issues, and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote modular kitchen solutions to Russian- or Arabic-speaking markets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Russian OR Arabic is mandatory; English is a plus.

• Prior experience in modular kitchen cabinetry design, manufacturing, or installation.

• Strong knowledge of materials, design trends, finishes, manufacturing processes, and installation best practices.

• Proficiency reading and creating detailed design drawings and specifications.

• Excellent client communication & interpersonal skills.Strong project management ability: scheduling, cost control, quality oversight.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Salary & Market Insight

• The salary listed is AED 8,000 to AED 15,000/month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

• This falls in line with similar roles in modular kitchen / interior sales with design & installation oversight in Dubai, especially with languages skills (Russian/Arabic) being valued.

• Total compensation may also include benefits such as housing or transport allowances, depending on employer policy.
