Job Overview

• Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus

• Experience: 4-7 years in OD / HR roles with experience designing and implementing change, learning & development, culture programs

.Role – Organizational Development Specialist

You will evaluate current organizational effectiveness, recommend improvements in structure, culture, and process, lead change management initiatives, design training & leadership development programs, and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals.

.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments (surveys, interviews) to understand culture, structure, and development needs.

• Design and deliver leadership development, training, workshops, mentoring / coaching programs.

• Lead change initiatives: support leadership / stakeholders through planning, communication, and implementation.

• Develop and update policies, procedures, performance management frameworks.

• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure programs align with business objectives.

• Monitor and measure impact of OD interventions; report on progress & ROI.

• Foster a positive organization culture—engagement, employee retention, continuous learning.

.Required Qualifications & Skills

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, HR, Learning & Development.

• Strong skills in designing and implementing training / leadership programs, managing change.

• Experience with HR systems, performance management, employee surveys, data analysis.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset; ability to assess culture, identify gaps, propose solutions.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

.Average Salary

• For OD Specialists in the UAE with experience, typical salary ranges from AED 7,000 to AED 11,000/month for mid-senior levels. Salary tends to increase with sector prestige, company size, and depth of leadership involvement.
