Role – Sales Support
You will support the sales function by handling order processing, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining sales documentation, following up on customer enquiries, assisting with quotes, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, logistics, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase requisitions, delivery notes.
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain CRM/sales database: update client records, track orders, and monitor follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with procurement, finance, logistics to ensure order execution.
Assist in sales reporting: compiling data, preparing weekly/monthly performance metrics, dashboards.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
Support sales team with meeting scheduling, client communications, and administrative tasks.
Help resolve order or delivery issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-8 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles related to sales.
Familiarity with technical products or industrial supplies (oil & gas or engineering preferred).
Strong communication (English) and professional customer interactions skills.
Good computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), email. Experience with CRM/ERP is a plus.
Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail with documentation and order accuracy.
Average Salary
Sales & Customer Service roles in Qatar typically pay between QAR 4,000 to QAR 6,000/month for mid-level employees with 3-6 years’ experience.
For more senior or technically involved sales support roles in engineering or oil & gas sectors, salary may go higher, depending on company size & responsibility.
