Role – Sales Manager (Secondary)
You will lead the secondary property sales team. Your responsibilities include defining sales strategy for the resale market, mentoring and managing property consultants, ensuring targets are met, maintaining client relations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage the Secondary Sales Team to consistently hit or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and initiatives focused on secondary property sales.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Monitor market trends, competitor behavior, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Train and upskill team members in sales techniques, property knowledge, and best practices.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior leadership.
Implement corrective actions if targets are not met, managing KPIs closely.
Ensure all sales activities follow ethical standards, company policy, and relevant real estate regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in real estate sales; with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in secondary/resale sales.
Deep knowledge of the UAE secondary real estate market—pricing, neighborhoods, resale trends.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast, and plan strategically.
Strong decision-making ability and ability to coach and motivate teams.
Familiarity with real estate legal / regulatory requirements in the UAE.
RERA certification or equivalent real estate licenses is an advantage.
Estimated Salary Range
