Role – Property Consultant
You will assist clients in property transactions: conducting property viewings, advising on market values, managing negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. Your success depends on your sales skills, local market insight, and ability to build relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and build relationships with prospective clients seeking to buy, sell, or lease properties.
Present property options, arrange viewings, highlight features and amenities.
Advise clients on market trends, pricing, regulations, and property investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Prepare contracts, sales / lease agreements, and ensure all documentation is complete.
Maintain property listings, update databases / CRM; ensure accurate data and follow up on leads.
Plan and execute marketing efforts: social media, property portals, open houses etc.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales or leasing targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in property sales / consulting or similar sales roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good local real estate market knowledge (pricing, neighborhoods, legal regulations).
Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and client management.
Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline.
Representable appearance, professional behavior, customer-oriented mindset.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Average Salary
The typical salary for a Property Consultant in UAE is around AED 6,000-7,000/month base.
With commissions and performance bonuses, total compensation can increase significantly.
Top performers or experienced consultants in premium locations can earn up to AED 15,000-18,000+ depending on sales and commission structure.
