Job Overview

• Location: UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi or relevant emirate)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related field; professional PMP / Prince2 certification preferred

• Experience: Typically 5-10 years in project management, with at least 2-3 years leading full lifecycle projects

Role – Project Manager

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they remain within scope, budget, and timeline. Your responsibilities include resource planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, quality control, budget oversight, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.

• Lead cross-functional teams: internal staff, contractors, subcontractors.

• Monitor and report progress, identify risk / delays, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage procurement of materials / services required for projects.

• Control project costs and ensure financial targets are met.

• Maintain project documentation: status reports, change requests, etc.

• Handle client / stakeholder communications; manage expectations and resolve issues.

• Oversee project close-out including final deliverables, satisfaction, and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management or equivalent.

• 5-10 years of experience in managing projects, with evidence of full lifecycle project delivery.

• Proven track record in budget management, scheduling, resource coordination.

• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem solving and decision-making ability under tight deadlines.

• Certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are a plus.

Average Salary

• In Dubai / UAE, the average salary for Project Managers is approximately AED 17,500 per month, rising to AED 30,000+ based on industry, experience, and project complexity.

• A reasonable expected salary for this role (mid-senior level) would likely fall between AED 15,000-20,000/month, depending on company, sector, and project scale.
