Role – Sales Trainer

You will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, onboarding new hires, coaching current sales staff, evaluating performance, and implementing training interventions to improve sales metrics. You will help standardize sales skills, share best practices, and support sales teams to achieve higher conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales training programs: workshops, role-plays, product knowledge sessions, soft skills, etc.

• Onboard new sales hires and ensure they understand sales process, product range, CRM tools, etc.

• Coach existing sales staff, provide feedback, and help close performance gaps.

• Monitor training outcomes: measure KPIs, track improvements in sales performance.

• Design training materials, manuals, presentations.

• Collaborate with Sales Management to understand needs and customize training.

• Stay updated with sales techniques, market trends, and competitor practices.

• Maintain training records; follow up to ensure learning is applied on the ground.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in sales + training or enablement roles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

• Strong understanding of sales cycles, objection handling, customer engagement.

• Ability to design training programs and adapt materials to different audiences.

• Proficiency with PowerPoint, video presentation, CRM tools or LMS (Learning Management System) preferred.

• Results-oriented; ability to track metrics and follow-through.

Average Salary

• According to recent data, average monthly pay for Sales Trainers in UAE is about AED 6,700/month. Indeed
