Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferable
Experience: Minimum 3-6 years in a restaurant leadership role (including FOH/BOH experience)

Role – Restaurant Manager
You will be responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations — from team management, guest experience, food & beverage quality, inventory, cost control, to hygiene & safety. Your role will ensure that operations run smoothly, customers are satisfied, and the restaurant reaches its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations: front-of-house & kitchen collaboration, guest service, table turnover.
Manage, train, and motivate staff: hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching.
Monitor inventory, control food & labor costs, reduce waste, and optimize profitability.
Ensure service standards, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring fast resolution & high guest satisfaction.
Implement marketing and promotion plans to drive footfall & repeat business.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, margins, guest satisfaction.
Ensure all restaurant policies, SOPs, and standards are adhered to.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-6 years of restaurant / hospitality experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Strong leadership skills; ability to manage and develop teams.
Good financial acumen: experience with cost control, budgeting, inventory.
Excellent guest service skills, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Operational knowledge of both front and back of house processes.
Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations in UAE.
Average Salary
The typical monthly salary for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai is around AED 6,000-10,000/month, depending on experience, restaurant size, and type.
For more upscale or high-volume restaurants, the salary may go above this range.
