Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; certifications like ACCA / CPA are a plus
Experience: Around 3-6 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Role – Senior Finance Associate
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance close process, preparing monthly financial statements, executing reconciliations, interacting with auditors, supporting forecasting & budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures; ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Perform account reconciliations: intercompany, bank accounts, accruals, prepayments etc.
Prepare supporting schedules and analyses for financial reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis.
Support internal & external audit processes.
Review journal entries, ensure correct accounting treatments & compliance with standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, etc.) to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain financial controls, identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
3-6 years of progressive finance / accounting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
Excellent skills in Excel; familiarity with financial reporting tools or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Good communication skills for liaising across departments and with auditors.
Average Salary
The typical monthly salary range for a Senior Finance Associate in Dubai is around AED 10,800 to AED 13,200/month for mid-level roles.
