Role – Advertising Manager

You will be responsible for devising advertising strategies, managing media budgets, overseeing creative output, launching campaigns across multiple channels, and measuring performance. You’ll work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure advertising efforts align with brand goals, maximize ROI, and reinforce the brand’s market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advertising strategies & plans across digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast media.

  • Manage media buying, negotiate with agencies, vendors, and platforms.

  • Oversee creative development: briefs, creatives, collateral, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Monitor campaign performance: KPIs such as reach, impressions, conversions, ROI; optimize campaigns accordingly.

  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, digital, and analytics teams for smooth campaign delivery.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust advertising tactics.

  • Prepare advertising budgets and manage spends to be cost-efficient.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage junior advertising staff / agency relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5-8 years’ experience in advertising / media planning / campaign management.

  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels.

  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.

  • Ability to lead creative development and provide feedback.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Average Salary
