Job Overview

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Reports To: Travel Supervisor / Visa Manager / Head of Client Services

• Education: High school or diploma; degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or related field preferred

• Experience: 1-3 years in travel consultancy, visa processing, or client service roles

Role – Travel & Visa Consultant

You will be responsible for advising clients on visa requirements, completing visa applications, coordinating travel (flights, hotels, transport), and ensuring all documentation is in order. You’ll act as a point of contact throughout the visa/travel process, maintaining communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clients with advice & guidance on visa requirements, eligibility, documentation, and processing times.

• Assist clients in completing visa applications: checking documentation, submitting to embassies/authorities, tracking status.

• Handle travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, transport, itineraries.

• Maintain communication with clients: updates, resolving issues or delays, answering queries.

• Liaise with embassies / visa centers / governmental authorities to ensure correct processing.

• Keep accurate records of applications, dispatches, approvals, and rejections.

• Upsell optional services (travel insurance, upgrades, expedited visa processes) where applicable.

• Stay updated on changing visa laws, travel restrictions, and documentation requirements in different countries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in travel consulting, visa services or related customer service.

• Good knowledge of visa types (tourist, business, family) and travel documentation.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus).

• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.

• Proficiency with travel / visa software, booking platforms, or online tools.

• Professional, customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.

 Salary

• The average monthly salary for Travel/Travel & Visa Consultants in UAE is around AED 3500 – 4000 /month depending on experience and company

• Entry level may start lower; more experienced consultants with strong portfolio or niche expertise may earn more.
