Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 3–6 years in sales, preferably within FMCG, retail, or B2B sectors

Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 14,000 per month
Role – Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of developing and managing client relationships, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in identifying market opportunities, managing negotiations, and executing effective sales strategies to expand business reach.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Maintain regular contact with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
