Education: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 3–7 years in interior fit-out / finishing supervision
Salary Range: AED 6,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Role – Fit-Out Supervisor
You will be responsible for supervising on-site fit-out works, coordinating subcontractors (carpentry, painting, ceiling, partitions, etc.), monitoring quality and safety, progressing work per schedule, and liaising with the project & design teams to ensure the design intent is met on site.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site works and trades (e.g. joinery, drywall, ceilings, MEP coordination).
Ensure all works comply with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics to ensure materials & manpower are available.
Monitor work progress vs schedule; identify delays or conflicts and escalate solutions.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging.
Ensure safety & site housekeeping practices are maintained.
Liaise with design & project teams to resolve site queries and design changes.
Record and report daily progress, site issues, workforce, and material usage.
Assist with handover activities, defect rectification, and final inspections.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works.
Strong knowledge of fit-out trades, materials, installation methods, and finishing work.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, shop drawings.
Good leadership and coordination skills; able to manage subcontractors and site teams.
Proactive in problem solving; decision making on site.
Strong communication (English); Arabic a plus.
Understanding of safety practices and site regulations in UAE.
What We Offer
Monthly salary in the range of AED 6,000 to AED 12,000 depending on experience and scope.
