About the Opportunity
SADAFCO is looking for dedicated Workers to join its manufacturing operations in Jeddah. This role is responsible for operating packing equipment, supporting production activities, and ensuring products are packed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.
The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, technical, and engineering teams to help maintain smooth production line operations and achieve daily manufacturing targets.
Key Responsibilities
As a Worker, your duties will include:
- Operate packing machines and production equipment according to company procedures.
- Ensure continuous product supply to production lines with minimal interruptions.
- Maximize production line efficiency during operations, changeovers, and cleaning activities.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and company operating procedures.
- Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Support initiatives that improve workplace safety and reduce accidents or near misses.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and routine operational tasks.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to the Team Leader promptly.
- Participate in shift handovers to ensure smooth production continuity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Technical, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have:
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or factory operations.
- Experience operating production or packing equipment is preferred.
- Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience is considered an advantage.
