Job Overview

AMETECH – Ameeri Industries W.L.L. is hiring Workers / Helpers to support its factory operations in Bahrain. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, physically fit, and eager to build a career in the manufacturing industry. Previous factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided to successful candidates.

In this role, you will assist production teams with day-to-day manufacturing activities, material handling, packing, housekeeping, and other general factory responsibilities while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production staff and machine operators with daily manufacturing activities.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize raw materials and finished products.
• Support packing, labelling, stacking, and handling of finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of factory work areas.
• Safely use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and company operating procedures.
• Assist with warehouse operations and material movement when required.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and PPE regulations.
• Perform additional general factory duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school education or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
• Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• No technical qualification is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
