Job Overview

The Technician in Operations Services will be responsible for preparing and executing well workover tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while performing technical duties related to surface facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys of surface facilities and prepare schematic drawings indicating pipe supports and installations.
• Dismantle and reinstate surface facilities, including pipelines and supports, within a 100m radius of the wellhead.
• Coordinate with the pipeline team for minor modifications under supervision and produce schematics for ‘as built’ drawings.
• Ensure sufficient supply of materials and manage documentation for stock items and procurement.
• Assist in maintaining efficient workshop services for well services activities.
• Prepare and maintain records and files related to well services and administrative matters.
• Adhere to departmental KPIs and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure the safety of team members under your supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
