Role Overview

We are delighted to announce opportunities for UAE National Teaching Assistants to join our team. This role is perfect for Emirati professionals who are passionate about education and want to make a difference in young learners’ lives.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work across British curriculum classrooms, supporting teachers and helping students succeed. You will interact with children from Foundation Stage (age 3) through Year 7 (age 12) , gaining valuable experience across different year groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers with daily lessons and learning activities

• Support students individually or in small groups with their classwork

• Help set up the classroom before each lesson

• Escort children between classrooms and around the school

• Participate in break duty and supervise students during playtime

• Lead small reading groups to boost literacy skills

• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Minimum High School Diploma required

Language Skills

• Good level of English (written and spoken) – lessons are delivered in English

Technical Skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Good level of basic maths

Personal Qualities

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Patient, caring, and supportive attitude

• Genuine interest in working with children aged 3 to 12

Eligibility (Important)

• This role is for UAE Nationals only

• Must hold a valid UAE Family Book
