Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Perform audit procedures and ensure compliance with professional auditing standards.
• Review and analyze financial statements, audit working papers, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify potential risks, accounting issues, and audit findings, and communicate them effectively to the audit team and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional support and resolving audit-related concerns.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit team members.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, IFRS, and GAAP requirements.
• Support business development activities including networking, client proposals, and relationship building.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably with a recognized public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of:

  • Financial reporting standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
