Role of Senior Associate Process Excellence at ISDB Jeddah is to ensure that processes within the corporation create value and run efficiently. Work with a team of individuals from across the organization to develop new methods of doing the required work, implement improvements, and ensure that the processes required for daily operations are running smoothly. Data Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in current processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate, coordinate, and execute projects aimed at evaluating and enhancing processes, leveraging methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and conducting comprehensive process mapping exercises to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing processes, recommending enhancements aligned with industry best practices, ensuring continual improvement and optimization.
• Identify critical processes utilizing well-suited improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, Variance Analysis, and Process Mapping, implementing strategies to elevate operational effectiveness.
• Perform swift yet comprehensive process analysis to pinpoint root causes of inefficiencies, enabling rapid remedial actions for enhanced performance.
• Actively engage in stakeholder meetings, fostering collaboration and discussion around process enhancements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge dissemination and communication of process changes among staff, ensuring awareness and seamless adaptation to new methodologies.
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining the outcomes and benefits of process improvement initiatives, showcasing tangible results and areas of enhancement.
• Methodically document processes using appropriate formats, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders involved in the workflow optimization journey.

QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER CERTIFICATES:

• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or commerce.

• Certification in Sigma Six, Kaizen, or any other BPM framework.

LANGAUAGE SKILLS:

• English is compulsory

• Arabic or French is preferable

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
