CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER at BEC Arabia Riyadh direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations. Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. Prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized, while ensuring the client’s requirements are efficiently met.
• Review projects progress on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards exist and estimates remain within budget.
• Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and exceed the customer’s requirements.
• Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process from hiring contractors to working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
• Select tools, materials, and equipment, and track inventory.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree of Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experiences in construction field, minimum 3 years in related field
• Very good command in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD/REVIT, Primavera.
• CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER at BEC Arabia Riyadh must have familiar management and delegation capabilities.
• Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills.
• Possess leadership skills to lead a group of individuals.
