Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for working in a 24×7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment.
• Provide basic security analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices.
• Provide Incident Response (IR) support when analysis confirms actionable incident.
• Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services/remediation guidelines.
• Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.
• Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams and escalate incident to L2 SOC Analyst/L3 Supervisor.
• Perform Reporting as planned
• Perform Malware Analysis and implement security controls.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Job Specifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Security or related field & 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Certifications Preferred from recognized security bodies:
• Ethical Hacking
• Incident Handling
• Security Analysis
• Malware Analysis and reverse engineering
• Network and Digital Forensics
• Penetration Testing
• Experience in the echo system of SOC Services and Managed Security Services to clients in a multi tenant environment. Understanding of Information Security Monitoring, logging, auditing and event response principles.
• Familiarity with security concepts and tools: Web Application – Attack technique , Malware/Virus Protection, Firewall and Network Auditing, Vulnerability Scanning, Privileged Identity Management.
• Experience in Basic Security Analysis
