As an Operator Trainer for Construction Equipment at Al Rostamani Group, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational capabilities of our machinery operators. Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on training that emphasizes safe and efficient use of construction equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate comprehensive training sessions focused on the operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of construction machinery.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate operator practices and provide customized training solutions.
- Develop training materials, user manuals, and assessment reports to enhance learning outcomes.
- Perform practical demonstrations during the handover of new machinery and customer trials to ensure proper usage.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams by offering technical insights gathered from field experiences.
- Identify and address issues related to operator misuse, abuse, or inadequate maintenance during service interactions.
- Ensure that all training programs adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Automotive, or Heavy Equipment fields is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery.
- In-depth knowledge of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, and rollers.
- Exceptional presentation and instructional skills to effectively convey information.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, are necessary.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.
