We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Inspector to join our Abu Dhabi team, where you will be instrumental in ensuring that construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to Inspection Requests (IRs) from contractors, ensuring timely actions are taken.
- Review shop drawings against contract specifications, local codes, and international best practices to ensure compliance.
- Document and report any discrepancies between contractor work and approved drawings, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor construction quality and site safety, including health and environmental considerations, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive records of daily site activities, including progress photographs, for inspection purposes.
- Prepare surveillance reports detailing any deficiencies in work and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as necessary.
- Facilitate effective coordination between various disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve discipline-related challenges that may arise on site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, particularly in large-scale building projects within the UAE.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with contractors and stakeholders.
- Proficient in reviewing technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ability to maintain detailed records and prepare reports accurately and efficiently.
