Agility Logistics Parks is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in business partnering, employee relations, workforce compliance, and talent management. As an HR Lead, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive people strategies, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and foster a high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Business & HR Partnership
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Support strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between local business teams and Corporate HR.
- Identify and escalate organizational and compliance risks when required.
- Participate in regional and corporate HR projects.
Government Relations & Compliance
- Manage workforce-related government processes through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, immigration requirements, and employment regulations.
- Monitor legislative updates and advise management on regulatory changes.
- Support Saudization initiatives and workforce localization programs.
- Coordinate employment registrations, work authorizations, and compliance audits.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, employee mobility, and offboarding.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR operational activities with Corporate HR.
- Maintain accurate employee records and workforce data.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
Culture & Employer Branding
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand through career events and external partnerships.
- Build relationships with educational institutions to attract and develop local talent.
- Support long-term workforce development and national talent programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in generalist human resources functions.
- Previous experience supervising or leading HR teams is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing workforce metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced business environment.
