Royal Grammar School Guildford Dubai carries over 500 years of heritage from its UK home school, delivering a British curriculum education to pupils aged 3 to 18 within the Tilal Al Ghaf community. Since opening in 2021, the school has grown steadily on strong parental demand, and it’s now looking to bring on a Teaching Assistant to support that growth from August 2026 — someone who genuinely cares about young learners and wants to be part of a school built on scholarship, integrity, and collaboration.

What the Role Involves

• Support classroom teachers in delivering an engaging, well-run learning environment for young pupils
• Work closely with children and families, bringing patience, warmth, and genuine care to daily interactions
• Contribute to a classroom culture that reflects RGSGD’s values of inclusivity, respect, and holistic development
• Help pupils build confidence and curiosity both inside and outside the classroom setting
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure every child receives the individual attention they need to thrive

Who We’re Looking For

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is required
• Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills
• Well-organized, collaborative, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit teaching team
• A genuine, natural connection with children and a real passion for early years or school-age support work
• Someone who reflects RGS’s values and aspires to bring out the best in every pupil they work with
• Appropriately qualified and experienced in caring for or working with children

Salary

AED 5,000 per month
