Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-to-one nursing care within private homes and luxury settings
• Support patients with chronic conditions, geriatric care, and mobility needs
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
• Accompany patients to medical appointments as required
• Build trusted relationships through compassionate, personalized care

Role Details

• Based in Dubai (homecare setting — not clinic or hospital-based)
• Structured shifts (48 hours per week)
• Travel within Dubai required; occasional international travel may apply
• Highly professional, discreet, and culturally sensitive work environment
• Exposure to VIP and high-profile patients in premium settings

Candidate Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid DHA License or eligibility
• Minimum 2–3 years’ clinical experience (hospital or home healthcare)
• Experience in homecare, long-term care, geriatric care, or VIP/private patient settings preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presence and confidence in client-facing environments
• High level of discretion, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence
• Currently based in the UAE or open to relocation

Salary

Average salary for this role in Dubai: AED 8,000 – 14,000 per month, depending on experience and licensing.
