Social Media Specialist at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Riyadh will write, review and edit engaging and meaningful content for Social media product and coordinate social media activities to promote goals and messages while maintaining and aligning with corporate message and image. Ensure all aspects of the content adhere to the HMG brand and digital guidelines.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Implement social media programs that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support corporate goals, incorporating Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Slideshare, Google+, etc.
• Create, review, edit and repurpose We-Care content for the use across different media and related channels in accordance with roadmaps.
• Understand the goal, audience, and message of a campaign and create copy to suit.
• Write advertising copy for use by publication or broadcast media to promote HMG services.
• Monitor social media groups, trends, tools, and applications and recommend actions/next steps.
• Analysis the social media feedback and present to management in numeric and graphical format.
• Source and produce engaging content to ensure the blog and social media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting.
• Work closely with colleagues across HMG to develop and post content to social networking sites.
• Monitor and engage in brand related online conversations.
• Respond to social media inquiries about online activities in a timely and courteous fashion.
• Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
• Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
• Perform other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
