The Role

As Emirates Cabin Crew, you’ll be the face customers turn to for help and direction. Safety is the highest priority – you’ll need to lead confidently when it comes to managing aircraft security and safety procedures. Your role goes far beyond service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome passengers and ensure their comfort throughout the flight

• Lead emergency evacuations and administer first aid when needed

• Coordinate with crew members and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere

• Represent Emirates’ cosmopolitan and progressive values

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service

• High school graduate (Grade 12) minimum qualification

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Minimum 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm while standing on tiptoes

• No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform

• Willing to be based in Dubai and meet UAE visa requirements

Personal qualities: Positive attitude, culturally aware, empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 4,980 / month

• Flying Pay: AED 69.60 / hour (80-100 hours/month)

• Average Total Pay: AED 11,244 / month (~USD 3,100)
