• Position: Assistant Mechanic Foreman

• Support the Mechanical Foreman in managing workshop and field mechanical activities.

• Contribute to coordinating repair, maintenance, and installation tasks while ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Mechanic Foreman in supervising daily mechanical operations.

• Support coordination of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks for heavy machinery and mechanical systems.

• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, procedures, and company policies.

• Help manage, guide, and train junior mechanics and technicians.

• Monitor the quality of work and take corrective action when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in heavy machinery maintenance, mechanical repair, or workshop operations.

• Experience in site workshop environments and field support.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours (including urgent breakdown support).

• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
