Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations (retail stores, restaurants, cafés, service centers, etc.).
Act as a normal customer while keeping your role as a mystery shopper confidential.
Observe and evaluate aspects such as customer service, staff behavior, cleanliness, ambience, waiting time, and order/service accuracy.
Complete short evaluation reports with simple yes/no answers and optional comments.
Submit reports accurately and on time according to provided instructions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Good communication skills to accurately describe observations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines for each assignment.
Reliability and ability to meet deadlines.
Smartphone or internet-connected device for submitting reports.

Salary & Benefits (Market Insight)
Mystery shopping pay in Saudi Arabia typically varies by assignment and complexity — from around SAR 50 to SAR 209 per completed visit or more, depending on task type and supplier policies.
