Sales Executive – Retail Paints Division

Job Overview

We are hiring a passionate Sales Executive – Retail Paints Division based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. You will drive sales growth for the company’s retail paints products by identifying opportunities, visiting clients, presenting product solutions, and closing deals while supporting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify new business opportunities and generate leads by visiting retail outlets, contractors, and decision-makers.

• Present and promote paints and related products to customers, explaining features and benefits.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and resolve inquiries or issues.

• Negotiate product pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Conduct market research to track client needs, customer preferences, competitor activity, and emerging trends.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, monitor payments/collections, and communicate forecasts to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, operations, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field (preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience, ideally in the retail paints or coatings industry.

• Strong understanding of retail paint products, pricing strategies, and local market dynamics.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proven negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits

Up to AED 8,000 per month + commission + transport allowance (estimated) — this aligns with the salary band mentioned in the job listing for this role.
