Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist in lesson preparation, classroom management, student engagement, and administrative support to ensure a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials, activities, and lesson resources.

• Support students individually or in small groups with learning activities and assignments.

• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Supervise students during class activities, recess, and school events.

• Assist in grading assignments, maintaining student records, and preparing reports.

• Support students with special learning needs under teacher supervision.

• Coordinate with teachers and school staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Ensure classroom safety, organization, and discipline standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.

• 2–7 years of experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with children of different age groups and learning abilities.

• Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude toward students.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Salary & Benefits (Estimated / Market Insight)

AED 3,500 – AED 6,500 per month (for Teaching Assistants in Abu Dhabi, depending on experience and school type)
