Technical Superintendent

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Superintendent to join our technical operations team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will oversee technical maintenance, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate closely with project managers to deliver quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technical maintenance and operational activities.

• Monitor performance of technical teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety checks.

• Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, regulations, and standards.

• Manage technical documentation, maintenance logs, and reporting.

• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

• Train and mentor technical staff to improve productivity and quality.

• Resolve technical issues and escalations efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of relevant technical / operations experience (supervision or management level preferred).

• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, technical standards, and quality control.

• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multi-disciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in technical reporting and documentation.

Salary & Benefits
