Dark Store Supervisor At Meituan | Saudi Arabia This is a full-time, mid-career role based in Keemart’s Riyadh dark store. As Dark Store Supervisor, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage receipt & dispatch of goods, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a small operations team. The job requires at least three years’ experience in logistics or retail operations and strong leadership abilities.
Role / Job Purpose
You will ensure that the dark store runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role involves coordinating the flow of goods, supervising team members, driving inventory control, and improving operational processes to support Keemart’s on-demand grocery model.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the warehouse operations team: receiving, dispatching, sorting and inventory control.
Develop work plans, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics for operational efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments (logistics, purchasing, delivery) to streamline interdepartmental workflows.
Analyze and resolve operational issues, like stock discrepancies, delays or loss prevention.
Lead and coach team members to improve performance, productivity, and reliability.
Maintain safety and compliance standards within the warehouse to ensure a safe work environment.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, fulfillment rate, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, retail operations, warehouse management, or similar.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
Leadership and team-building skills: ability to motivate and manage a team under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English for workplace communication; Arabic is a plus.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
Salary & Market Insight
Bayt lists the role’s expected compensation as SAR 1,500–2,000/month.
