About the Role
An urgent hiring drive is underway for qualified female nurses from Pakistan to join healthcare facilities across Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time nursing position, providing direct patient care in hospitals and clinics, with opportunities for professional growth and strong support from the employer.
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under physician direction
Monitor patients’ health status, administer medications, and document vital signs
Assist with assessments, wound care, and day-to-day clinical nursing duties
Communicate effectively with patients and their families about treatment plans and care
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts
Follow hospital protocols and adhere to health, safety, and infection control guidelines
Support healthcare team by collaborating with doctors, specialists, and other nursing staff
Participate in shift work (day / night), as required according to hospital schedule
Required Qualifications & Skills
Valid nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing)
Registered Nurse license or certification recognized in Saudi Arabia (or willing to obtain)
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-pressure clinical environments
Experience in nursing is preferred, though freshers may be considered depending on the facility
