Job Overview
This is a full-time real estate sales role, based in Saudi Arabia. As part of the property sales team, you will work closely with potential buyers and investors, promote listings, negotiate deals, and help clients find their ideal properties. You will report to the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.

Role / Job Purpose
You will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating prospects, and converting them into closed real estate deals. Your focus will be on customer acquisition, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients (residential and commercial)
Present and promote property listings to prospective buyers or investors
Follow up on inquiries, schedule viewings, and provide property tours
Negotiate offers and prepare sales contracts, coordinating closely with legal and finance teams
Maintain a CRM of clients, leads, and ongoing deals
Provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales campaigns and promotional materials
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on performance
Attend real estate events and networking opportunities to expand client base
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property brokerage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong customer-orientation and ability to understand clients’ needs
Good market knowledge of Saudi real estate trends and property values
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings, property showings, and events
