Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to join our Saudi Arabia‐based team. You will translate architectural and engineering design concepts into detailed drawings and models, ensure compliance with local building codes, and support project teams from design through to construction documentation. This role suits someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to high-quality built outcomes.

 Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD and/or Revit.

• Develop and revise drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, details) based on design input and site information.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify drawing requirements and resolve issues.

• Ensure all drawings adhere to Saudi building codes, standards and project specifications.

• Maintain organized drawing files, track revisions, and archive documentation.

• Assist in preparing construction documentation, schedules, and submittals.

• Support onsite coordination when required to update as-built drawings or design changes.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or similar.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter (ideally for KSA projects).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and other drafting/modeling tools.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building regulations and construction documentation standards is a plus.

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with large commercial or residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Ability to produce both 2D and 3D deliverables.

• Knowledge of BIM workflows and collaboration platforms.

• Multilingual capability (English + Arabic) is advantageous.
