Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Experience: Minimum 3–8 years of mechanical engineering experience (depending on grade)

Role / Job Purpose
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analysing, implementing and maintaining mechanical systems for assigned projects or operational facilities. You will ensure compliance with technical standards, support cost‑effective solutions, and contribute to high performance of engineering deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Develop mechanical layouts, calculations and specifications for machinery, piping or HVAC systems
Review & approve mechanical drawings, vendor data, and ensure adherence to codes & standards
Monitor installation, commissioning and start‑up of mechanical equipment; resolve technical issues
Perform root‑cause analysis, troubleshooting and corrective actions on mechanical failures
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, civil, instrumentation) to coordinate design and execution
Support maintenance strategies, reliability improvement, and equipment life‑cycle optimisation
Ensure documentation, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred for senior roles)
3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within industrial/infrastructure sector
Proficiency in mechanical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CAESAR II) and engineering calculations
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Good communication and teamwork attitude; capable of working in multicultural environment
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills advantageous
Salary & Market Insight
Typical monthly salary range for Mechanical Engineers in Saudi Arabia is approximately SAR 12,000–18,000/month, depending on experience and company grade.
Additional benefits may include housing allowance, transportation allowance, project bonuses, medical coverage and annual leave.
For senior-level positions with 10+ years of experience, monthly compensation can exceed SAR 20,000–24,000 or more.
