Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market strategy to achieve growth and market penetration objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.

• Manage regional or market‑level teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure alignment of market strategy with business goals.

• Monitor market performance, KPIs, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Manage budgeting, planning and forecasting for the market or region.

• Lead major client/partner relationships, negotiate contracts and establish strategic alliances.

• Drive improvement in market share, pricing strategy, customer experience and brand positioning.
