Job Overview
Position: Executive – Events & Marketing
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–6 years in events management or marketing
Industry: Events / Marketing / Media / Hospitality
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns from concept to execution.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure flawless event execution.
Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, and press releases.
Conduct market research to identify trends and new event opportunities.
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for events and campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Evaluate post-event performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
3–6 years of relevant experience in events coordination or marketing (UAE experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media marketing tools.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and event innovation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience).
