Job Overview

  • Position: Executive – Events & Marketing

  • Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Experience Required: 3–6 years in events management or marketing

  • Industry: Events / Marketing / Media / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure flawless event execution.

  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.

  • Create engaging digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, and press releases.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new event opportunities.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for events and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Evaluate post-event performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in events coordination or marketing (UAE experience preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media marketing tools.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and event innovation.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Salary Range: AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience).
