Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ward / ICU / medical units
Administer medications, monitor patient condition, and document care in charts
Perform routine assessments and health monitoring per hospital protocols
Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and allied health professionals
Assist in nursing procedures, patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Support patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and standards
Participate in nursing training, professional development, and continual learning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse (in home country and recognized in Saudi Arabia)
Good clinical judgment and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Cultural awareness and sensitivity to patient needs
Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, night, weekends)
