Role – Key Account Specialist
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and retention.
Understand customer business strategies and align company solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and account development plans.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional terms with major accounts.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, delivery, and support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance.
Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (marketing, operations, finance).
Identify growth opportunities, upsells, and cross-sell potential within key accounts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset to understand clients’ business and revenue drivers.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management ability.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.
