Role – Key Account Specialist

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue and retention.

  • Understand customer business strategies and align company solutions to meet their needs.

  • Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and account development plans.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional terms with major accounts.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of customer orders, delivery, and support.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account performance.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (marketing, operations, finance).

  • Identify growth opportunities, upsells, and cross-sell potential within key accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
