Role – Clinical Education Project Coordinator

You will coordinate and manage clinical education projects such as training programs, workshops, workshops for new protocols, clinical rotations, and continuing education. Working closely with medical educators, department heads, and external stakeholders, you will ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans for clinical education initiatives.

  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, and resources for clinical education programs.

  • Liaise with clinical educators, department leads, and hospital management.

  • Track attendance, evaluations, and outcomes to measure training effectiveness.

  • Support preparation of training materials, presentations, and documentation.

  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures (if applicable) and report on variances.

  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve logistical challenges.

  • Organize follow-up activities, such as assessments or refresher sessions.

  • Prepare status reports and present updates to senior management or education committees.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Public Health, Education).

  • Experience (3–7 years) coordinating clinical or educational projects in a healthcare setting.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Understanding of clinical environments and medical education processes is a plus.

Salary & Market Insight

  • According to Naukrigulf, the average monthly salary for a Project Coordinator in Saudi Arabia is SAR 6,745.

  • Based on this and the specialized nature of clinical education, a competitive contract compensation could be in the range of SAR 6,000–10,000/month, depending on experience, project scope, and institutional budget.
