Job Overview

Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Safety, or related field

Role – Key Responsibilities
As Building Utility Inspector:
Inspect building utilities and systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), ensuring compliance with standards.
Prepare inspection reports, log findings, and coordinate corrective actions.
As Cost Analyst:
Analyze project costs, prepare cost models, and support budgeting & forecasting.
Monitor cost variances and report on financial performance.
As Safety Engineer:
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on site.
Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations.
As SAP Processor:
Process and manage data in SAP related to procurement, cost tracking, and project billing.
Generate reports and support cross-functional SAP workflows.
As Design Architect:
Provide architectural design support, develop drawings, and coordinate with project teams.
Work on architectural documentation and design deliverables as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Safety.
Proven experience in at least one of the following domains: inspection, cost control, safety engineering, SAP, or architectural design.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (for SAP Processor role).
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and switch between different functional responsibilities.
Good knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and construction practices.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.
