Job Overview

Role – Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth through corporate and group sales. Your role will include building relationships with event planners, companies, and tourism partners, designing tailored packages, and promoting the brand in B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute business development strategies to grow the corporate and group client base.

  • Identify new clients in corporate, education, tourism, and event sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with event planners, companies, and group-booking partners.

  • Work with marketing and operations to develop customized package deals.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline growth.

  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.

  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, or leisure.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work independently.

  • Passion for adventure, team activities, and creative leisure experiences is a plus.
