Role – Delivery Rider
You will pick up, deliver, and drop off packages, food, or documents to customers across the UAE. You’ll interact directly with customers, navigate to delivery locations, and ensure safe and on-time delivery. This role often involves working with delivery apps, handling cash or digital payments, and possibly receiving tips.
Key Responsibilities
Collect packages or food items from the warehouse / restaurant / partner location.
Plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Deliver items on time and in good condition.
Handle customer interactions professionally during drop-offs.
Use a smartphone or delivery app for navigation, order updates, and proof-of-delivery.
Maintain your vehicle (bike / motorbike / car) in a safe and clean condition.
Adhere to all traffic, safety, and company policies.
Record and report any incidents, delays or delivery issues.
Accept and manage cash or digital payments if the role requires.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Valid UAE driving license (for bike or car, depending on the role).
Good knowledge of UAE roads, areas, and neighborhoods.
Good physical stamina; ability to carry packages and ride for extended hours.
Customer-service mindset: polite and professional when interacting with customers.
Basic smartphone skills for using GPS and delivery apps.
Good time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
